Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about crafting your bespoke stationery suite.

How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend reaching out 6–9 months before your wedding date. This allows time for the design process, revisions, printing, and shipping. Rush orders may be accommodated depending on our current schedule.

What is included in a wedding invitation suite?

A standard suite typically includes the main invitation and an RSVP card with its envelope. Additional pieces, such as a details card, rehearsal dinner card, or wedding timeline, can be added to the suite based on your needs.

Do you offer custom designs?

Yes! Every suite is designed from scratch to reflect your unique story and wedding style. We work closely with you to create something truly personal — from the layout and typography to the paper and finishing details.

How long does the design and production process typically take?

  • Design: Depending on the complexity of the design and the number of items included, the design process typically takes 4–16 weeks. Designs that involve custom illustrations, such as watercolor or hand-drawn line sketches, may require additional time.
  • Production: Production typically takes 20–45 days, starting from the date the final design is approved.

Do you offer custom watercolor paintings or illustrations?

We offer custom watercolor and line-sketch illustrations of your wedding venue, meaningful locations, or symbols related to your wedding concept. Custom illustrations start from USD 300 per artwork.

Do you create bespoke monograms, initials, or wedding logos?

Team Lin specializes in creating custom wedding monograms, initials, and bespoke wedding logos tailored to each couple's style and concept.

Custom logo design starts from USD 300, with more intricate designs ranging up to USD 1,500.

What paper and printing methods do you use?

We work with premium papers from leading mills, including cotton, textured, and handmade stocks.

Printing methods include digital printing, letterpress, foil stamping, and hand-finishing techniques.

How does the design process work?

After your initial inquiry, we'll schedule a consultation to understand your vision. From there, we create a custom concept with 3 rounds of revisions included. Once approved, your suite goes into production.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping timelines and costs vary by destination. We'll provide a quote during the ordering process.

What is your pricing?

Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the design, paper selection, printing method, and quantity. Custom suites typically start from $1,000 USD. Please get in touch for a detailed quote.

What is the minimum order quantity?

Team Lin does not require a minimum order quantity and is happy to accommodate both smaller and larger orders. Our minimum production fee starts from USD 1,000, depending on the quantity, materials, and production techniques selected.

Can I order day-of stationery separately?

Of course! Many of our clients come to us for day-of pieces like menus, place cards, table numbers, and programs — even if their invitations were done elsewhere.

A little note about your design files

Please note that Lin Wedding Paper does not provide, share, or release final working files or source assets in any form, including wedding suite assets, font files/styles, logos, monograms, or editable design files.
