We recommend reaching out 8–10 months before your wedding, with an average timeline of 8–12 weeks for design and production.

After receiving your inquiry, we'll invite you to complete our design questionnaire, where you can share your wedding details, inspiration, aesthetic, and stationery vision. From there, we'll begin shaping a creative direction that feels personal to you and your celebration.
Once we understand your vision, we'll prepare a custom proposal tailored to your celebration. This includes the recommended stationery pieces, creative direction, materials, printing techniques, and production details needed to bring your vision to life. The goal is to create a thoughtful starting point that feels both beautiful and uniquely yours.
This is where your stationery begins to take shape. We develop your custom invitation suite through thoughtful exploration of typography, composition, paper, color, materials, printing techniques, and finishing details. Your first design presentation includes highly realistic digital proofs that closely represent the final printed pieces, allowing you to visualize the collection before production. Together, we refine every detail until the design feels just right and is ready for production.
Once the final design has been approved, your stationery moves into production. We carefully select and prepare each material, working with trusted production partners and traditional printing techniques to bring the approved design to life. Each piece is carefully inspected and assembled by hand before undergoing a final quality check. Your finished stationery is then thoughtfully packaged and prepared for delivery.
